​Mass Roof Inspections is located in Billerica, MA and services Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire, and parts of Southern Maine. We are fully insured and licensed with the NRCIA to perform roof inspections of all types of roofing systems. We are the only forensic roof inspectors in the New England region.
We are not roofing contractors trying to sell you a new roof! We provide an honest and clear report on the condition of your roof and that is all! This includes an estimated age of your roof, the condition of your roofing system, the estimated remaining life of the roof, along with pictures of your roof and documented evidence of potential problems.
How does it work?
During the inspection process, the inspector takes numerous photos of any evidence of active or potential roof leaks. Once the inspection is complete, the inspector assembles a written inspection report, usually within 24-48 hours, complete with photographs, analysis of findings, and professional recommendations. If we do find problems with your roof then we can provide you with a detailed description of the problem, a solution, and a fair market value for the solution.
Unlike building inspectors and home inspectors, we get up on the roof and examine all aspects of the roof system. If we are unable to climb onto the roof, we use our state-of-the-art drones to examine the roof. All inspections are done by a certified roof inspector.
